Lionel 3 Amp power pack transformer | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hey all,One of my spare transformers was called into action to do some train testing and no go.Opened it up and did a visual,all wiring intact,gently blew off any dust inside.When hooked up i have a green power light but connecting to the track...nothing.switched the wire hook up and still nada.Used a tester and it shows no voltage coming out of it.Is it worth trying to fix?
