Lionel cable 6-14192 pinout

I am looking for confirmation of the pinout of a Lionel 3 wire 6-14192 cable.
I run straight TMCC (no Legacy or DCS) and am incorporating an ARC 6-14181 controller into the mix of my current ASC and IC Controls ASC3000’s
My goal is to add the 3rd wire for the TXC connection to my current 2 wire 6-14191 cable.

Red is pin #2 (send) Black is pin #3 (receive) and Green is pin #5 (ground or common)
