Looking for a Rail sounds tender that will run with a Dept 56 Steam Engine for 1999?

I got in a collection a Dept56 steam engine (Hudson) for 1999 I think. It runs great forward only it needs a tender i was told to control it. I have been looking on Ebay with no luck any one have one they are willing to sell or know where I can find one? It does not have to be a dept 56 tender as long as it will run it.

That engine should run in both directions without the tender. There is a small switch on the bottom of the engine to lock it in one direction. Move the switch and see if that fixes it. If not then you need a new 103E circuit board.

Ok tried that switch did not change anything. Ok do you know where I can get that board from? Does Lionel possible still sell it?
