While I am a 2 rail scale modeler, I have a question concerning the PS 3 system being offered in the newer MTH Railking locomotives. Does this system apply to the sound card only, or does it also contain the DCC control system as part of the PS 3 package? Just curious if this electronic package could be adapted to other models. Your expertise would be appreciated.
