purchased 2 new versions of the controller-did not work-sent them back to lionel and they replaced both of them but they do not work either-i want to use them with post war semaphores-the controller is connected to aux power-the light will illuminate but the controller does not activate the semaphores arm-i can hear to timer click on and off-i have tried every different wiring connections but to no avail-any suggestions or a electrical diagram that can be forwarded for help and review-lionel will not let me talk with a service tech-too busy and not their process-thank you
