You have given me good service in the past. Last thing I ordered was Lionel plastic Arch bar trucks with molded in coupler. Seems there are no more. Will you ever have them again??? Thanks for being a sponsor!!!!
Hello Bob Brasseur....
I sent a e-mail few days ago asking about the plastic coal load for the Lionel 027 type 2 bay hopper (16495) and I never got a reply. I need one of those.

Welcome to the OGR Forum.
I have bought items, in the past, from your establishment and I was always given, kind and courteous service.

Tiffany,
Really? Myself deaf, too. I use IP Relay lots to make the calls, no problem! I used it on my computer to make the calls.
Patrick
Hello CGWforever......
We do have the IP relay but its often hard to explain to the IP operator about train related things such as( siderod bolts for the 2-10-4 or ZW transformer or boxcar) most of the time I have to spend more time explaining to the operator then the other person on the other line hangs up. It has happen to us number of times. For other things its no problem. So I count on heavy on E-mails and they still don't respond. It does get frustrating at times.

When I make the call, I always note to business to let them know that " I am deaf and use relay service to communcate you, get it?" They understood. It worked great, yes, very few will hang up on me. Make the calls is best than email.

Great news they have helped me many times in the past. Very nice and efficient, if they don't have it they usually can find it for you. Welcome Jim
I have had very good service ordering parts from you. Thanks for sponsoring the forum.
Bob
Hey guys and gals.....
Perhaps I need to respectfully remind you that this thread is intended by Brasseur to let you know that he has parts! To post within this thread parts that are available elsewhere other than our new sponsor seems a little disrespectful especially since he started the thread! I understand you wanting to help each other but in this case I think the better approach would be to have done it via private email.... I am going to delete the posts in question and PLEASE try to understand.... Give Bob a chance to respond when you have a question...he is new to the forum and is getting up to speed...
Thanks for your support...
Alan
welcome Brausser's! I sure wish Saginaw was closer. The internet and phone just isn't the same as a walk in.
Thanks for the welcome.
Bob........
You sent me a note posted on my OGR wall....but I can't reply there....just wanted to say thanks for the info!!!!!

Mr. Brausser,
Sir, You have been around many years. I sincerely hope to see you as a sponsor of this forum and a long time advertiser in OGR magazine. I'm looking forward to one of your, "knock your socks off" sales .
God's Blessings,
"Pappy"
Question for Bob Brasseur:
What is your policy now on phone and e-mail inquiries about parts? For a while after Dean left to join Lionel, you were not taking phone calls. Do you have a normal period within which we can expect a reply to an e-mail inquiry? Thanks.
Checking the website at the bottom of the page and clicking on "Contact", it brings up options of contacting Brasseur either through email, phone, or fax... Each time I have called, I was greeted immediately and in a helpful manner so I am assuming that they are taking phone calls....
Alan
Before Dean left to work for Lionel the parts and service department was down to re-organize. Shortly after we were up and running again.
As far as e-mail inquiries that is usually 2 to 5 days. you can e-mail me bob@traindoctor.com or call.

looking for lionel part 610 9050 155 that is the bracket needed to install pick up rollers to the diecast sprung trucks but so far looks like that part is rapidly becoming extinct smiddys has it for a 40 dollar minimum order don’t need that many
I love Brasseur! Maybe the easiest site on the web for finding Lionel parts. I’ll bet he gets flooded with emails daily asking for this or that part. Go to the site and search the part number you’re looking for. If it’s there, he has it, and you can order it. Parts are listed numerically, so they’re very simple to find.

Thanks for being a forum sponsor Bob!
Made purchases of parts from Brasseur Trains in the past, very good selection, pricing reasonable, quick shipping and a parts sales staff that is knowledgeable and friendly.
