Am setting up a layout with an inside FASTRACK and an outside Lionel tubular track. Both tracks are connected to a Lionel KW transformer. Locos run fine on both tracks. The prewar lighting generally works OK with the FASTRACK but does not work at all on the tubular track where I am using Lionel CTC lockons. The lights work fine when test off the track. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
