Upon looking at the old PS2 diesel upgrade kit manual, I see there were many options for lighting that came with the kit. Building off my recent post, this leaves with with a few questions.

First, are the individual lights (wire wires and connectors preferably) shown in the attached picture still available? If not, what would make some good substitutes.

Second, are the marker LED pinouts (on the 8 pin connector) specifically for powering LEDs directly, or are they powering LEDs with resistors and basically the same as the 6v incandescent pinouts? Reason I ask is I saw a LED marker harness on MTH's parts site that said it was 6v.

Finally, will a PS32 board respond to lighting option changes made to a sound file (using Mark's ADPCM program) the same way a PS2 board does?

My main objective is to add (hopefully controllable) marker LEDs, firebox glow, and possibly an interior light to the engine I'm upgrading. Since the board is going to be in the engine, not the tender (see linked post), I see this as an opportunity to take advantage of the board's full potential.
