We have more than fifty (50) late 1950's "O" 3r cabooses we will be repainting and decaling to a lot of RR's that were never offered by LIONEL. Most will have RR heralds and all will have WHITE text lettering. Theses cabooses will be LED illuminated and sport the red LED markers on the rear. These cabooses will be offered at our "Bid-Sales" site at our web site and all will be notified as to when the auctions will take place.

AlthoughRIO GRANDE SOUTHERN is a narrow gage RR we will do a 3r caboose with that text & herald on it as one of our offerings later in the year. The first one will probably be a SOUTHERN PACIFIC or maybe a NYC.

I believe that those would sell well. The NY metro area once saw all of these trains plus the Erie and the Lackawanna. If the caboose's have modern fast angle/needle bearing trucks I would be interested.
Unless someone has an objection our first caboose, which is a long 5 window, will be badged forCB&Q. This caboose will have LED lighting including red LED rear markers and will have couplers on both ends.

Looks like our first refurbed LIONEL 3R SP style caboose will be badged for the CB&Q railroad. We have added interior LED lighting, LED red marker lights on the rear, ladders on both ends, roof grab irons both ends, railing mounted vertical brake wheel stancions on each end and knuckle couplers at each end.
A super looking unit to say the least. This caboose will go to auction at our web site this week end and we will be asking a $25.00 minimum opening bid to start the auction off. The time and date will be announced here at the OGR forum.
