Yes that was my layout..and Annie mugging for the camera from last year.  So you can get a idea of what I'm trying to do.   Oh There was a tree in our family room, master bed room and a a thin one next to the grand father clock...Griswald would be proud!!!

You could sneak a switch in for a siding in the front where 10" and fitters are and go into the center space.
