Rydin O gauge track

I am not familiar with that name.  May I suggest Ross Track (Ross Custom Switches), or Gargraves, the latter of which has flex track which can be bent to the radius which you choose.  They also have pins for transition from their track to Lionel.  

Thanks... I took your advice and switched the plan to contain Ross track.

In the years I have used RR-Track, I never ran across a piece of Rydin O Gauge track.  I have seen a photo of track purportedly made by Rydin and it looks like Lionel/K-Line tubular.  The Rydin curves in the library worked fine for planning K-Line wide radius tubular, Shadow, and Snap Track.  Will probably work for Menards 96" diameter curves too.

BTW, you should find a pic of Ross track - I forgot to mention that it has ties with about a quarter inch or so between each tie.  I has a fundamentally different look that traditional tubular track.

Rydin Track was produced by Mr. Rydin (sorry, I don't remember his first name).  I bought some Std. Gauge custom radius track from him years ago.  Sorry to say that Mr. Rydin died within the last 20 years.

I forgot that Menards has 96" tubular track.  I can get Ross in 96" radius and 80" radius locally from my hobby guy in Summerville, SC.  I think we'll figure this out. Thanks for your help and I'll investigate what the RR-Track Library tells me before I design a layout using something that's out of production or not readily available.

I believe his name was Karl.  He came over to the RoW booth at York [25] years ago to show us his switches.  We had a nice chat about track and switches.
