Spring Open House at Boston Metro High Railers

The Boston Metro High Railers Train Club is having its Spring, 2014, Open House on Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 1000AM until 400PM at its Clubhouse at 5 Waltham St., Wilmington, MA.

The entrance fee is: $10.00 per family, $5.00 individual; children age 5 and under will be admitted at no-charge.

Food and refreshments will be available from 1200PM until 300PM for additional cost.

Please come and visit us and observe the operations.  Detailed directions to the Club may be found on our website: www.bmhrc.com


Photos of some special trains that have been used by U.S. Presidents and that will be on exhibit at the Club during the Open House are attached.  Some of these may actually be run.DSC_0002

Marty, thank you for the comments...  Open House was best one in Club's history... great turnout, large response to the two Kids' Layouts [the pushbutton operation of accessories was a great hit]...  food was good... and the layout operated flawlessly... all members who wanted track time got it and all trains ran great... 

 

And the increased publicity this time certainly paid off...  And most Club members participated in preparing for the Open House and in the actual Open House...

 

It was great to see all the "usual suspects" at the Club and our new visitors as well...

 

Train life is good!!
