I've just set up my first benchwork and my first layout, and it is a 4' by 10' double reversing loop layout. My track of choice is Super O. I have two super O remote switches, both of which work splendidly when not in the double reversing loop configuration, but when they are, one of the switches acts like it's got no power. Is this something where I have to switch the insulator pins by chance? HELP?!? Thank you!

Can you shoot a quick pick of the setup?
It sounds to me as if you've completely isolated one of the switch's outside rails completely since the non-derailing insulating pins are on opposite rails.
In other words, the electrical circuit is not complete
I agree that a photo would help us diagnose and try to solve your problem. But it's much better to power your switches from a constant voltage source instead of track power.
