Has any manufacturer offered ACL #1504 to O-guage/scale modelers, and if not, why?

It is on display in Jacksonville, FL near the prime Osborn Convention Center. It is one of the few remaining USRA locomotive still in existence. It had a storied history and was selected for preservation by ACL president Champion Davis and John Hawthorne.

I have an old picture taken in the late 1990's with my two boys. I took a digital pic to post:

If they haven't, all you need is one of the many 3RO USRA Pacifics offered by MTH, K-Line and so forth, and a set of decals, which are probably available. Check eBay.

Check the MTH and Lionel websites "product locator" areas.

MTH offered 30-1771-1 ACL #1504; it's RailKing and it's the wrong engine, but the paint scheme is OK....
