At least according to the newest issue (sclm #27) of Seaboard-Coast Line Modeler. I posted a question to Warren Calloway to confirm.
I did see some decals on the Tichy site, but nothing about them acquiring Jerry's line of decals.

Is Jerry Glow the guy who was arrested in PA?
HA! Don't know, he was down in Florida when I dealt with him a couple of years back, got everything I wanted from him fine until he stopped making O-scale decals. Doesn't really matter though since we're now dealing with Tichy.
Here's what was in the online mag:
Tichy Train Group has acquired the Jerry Glow decal line and is now producing decals appropriate for multiple eras. The decals will be available in all scales from N to G. All decals will be available over the next 6 months or so. In general pricing will be $4 for N & HO, $5 for S and $6 for O. Other scales on request.
You can download it here:
Here's 3 PS1 boxcars and an double-door boxcar with doors at the ends that I had Jerry make decals for:
I'd say they're equal to what Proto-Craft decals are like and just as easy to apply.
If Tichy acquired his entire line then we'll be seeing decals from a lot of RRs soon.
I checked out the website... wow! Great stuff on those ACL C630's!
Beautiful boxcars, Bob. This might be a really good thing for O Scale. Who is Tichy? Do they have a good reputation?
Bob, Tichy has been around for quite a while from what I recall:

They offer a number of detail parts in O scale.
IPad is going nuts, but I managed to glimps some rivets that I need before the page shrunk to way too small for old guys. So, thanks.
Before the new software in my iPad, only this forum gave me fits. Now I have trouble editing on all forums, and even e- mail. So, finally, the new and improved software has caught up with me - I am not happy.
But I am happy about finding those rivets! And I bookmarked their O scale catalog so maybe someday I can see their decals.
Tichy like Grand Line makes O scale windows and doors for structures. I have been seeing their products more in shows lately.
Bob, I have iOS 10.0.2 on my Ipad, that should be the latest update. I just got on the Tichy site fine using mine. Maybe you need to do a reload (have no idea how though, sorry).
LOL...I STILL haven't done anything about the door hardware on the car in the 1st photo.
Just got an email from Tichy listing a bunch of new releases of these decals, but I don't see them on their website yet. Here's the email:

I can see them on their website now, not sure how I got it to work, but here's the link to the decals by railroad:
