In case you did not make it to York, or if you were there and did not go to the hall with the Capital Area Train Layout, this was the most impressive modular layout I have seen. Evidently this was the first time they had done this arrangement. It was roughly, approximately 28 ft by 117 ft in size. It had three levels and they were running 10 trains. It included the largest bridge I have ever seen on a modular layout. Several diverse diorama scenes including the Nation's Capital Mall, a Caterpillar dealership, a civil war battle scene, an urban city emergency scene, a metal foundry with hot metal cars, dioramas of Yellowstone, Yosemite and I think the Grand Tetons and many other scenes. The Yellowstone scene was of a mudpot/geyser basin which would erupt with columns of smoke periodically. I accidentally wandered in before the York train show started. I snapped some not to good pictures, but you should get the idea. 
Hats off to that group and a big thanks to them for coming and to the ever oppressed EDTCA for inviting them.
