Darn!  Just reminded me I need to trim trees on both sides of the driveway.  It's too hot, and I'm too old! 

Hi Roger:  Part of the old Frisco Chadwick line between Fremont Rd. and

               Highway 65 toward Ozark used to look like that in the summer.

Thanks for posting the pic Roger.  It's very soothing and relaxing to look at.  I just installed as a backdrop on my puter.

Part of a group of "nastolgic" picture circulating the web, many of which are mislabeled. Discussed here before. Most comments on the "dilapidated Cincinnati trolley cars" that were actually a train yard in Europe. The image had been photoshopped to make it look more run down than it was.  this one has been photoshopped, too, as you can tell by looking at the second image.

Photoshopped or not....I like it!!  Thanks Roger for posting!

Ride in a sleeper on Amtrak's Crescent through Mississippi in the summer months and you would swear the NS line looked like this.
