Since ScaleCoat II has more or less died, I have been using Vallejo paints. It seem Vallejo stiffens up quite a bit in the plastic bottle. Is anyone else having trouble airbrushing with this paint?

No never had a problem with it. I’m pretty much just using it though just for weathering. Even though it’s ready to spray out of the bottle I still add thinner. Still I’ve seen the most consistent results using Mission Models if I’m using acrylics. I use to use Scalecoat 1 exclusively. I’ve just always preferred solvent based paints. I’ve started using Tamiya Lacquer and that has become my preferred choice of paint for most projects.
General comment on most acrylic paints. IMO, shipping cold months, northeastern US, can be a problem. IMO, Mike CT.
Are you using the Vallejo Air colors or are you using normal Vallejo model or game colors?
