Here are some new at the factory B&W photos. In the first picture the trucks aren't the same shade as the glossy black car body. Perhaps they are a gray/black.

Did you mean "berating"?
Because, if you did, I didn't berate anything pal!
I simply provided information that I think clearly shows the "as built" units to have what I perceive as trucks that are not a conspicuous "gray".

Oh! And, BTW, you are not Scott!

Perhaps we should darken the grey / half way between grey and black.

 I would bet it's for visibility in the marketing image, if they are indeed lightened.
