Wifi app version

If you just downloaded it, you have version 1.2. You. can verify this as follows:

• Launch the app
• Tap "Run May Trains"
• Tap "More..." at the bottom of the next screen
• Tap "Settings" at the bottom of the next screen and scroll down to "VERSION".

I haven't received my WIU in the mail yet, and am wondering if the latest firmware will already be installed.

Is there a label on the bottom or anything that would show what version it has?

I don't know, however, if you're getting current stock rather than a unit that's been on a store's shelf for 6 months or so, it should be up to date as regards its firmware.

Regardless, if you download the complete user guide from this link and follow the instructions on page 9, you'll be able to find out exactly what is its firmware version.
