Last time I ran trains everything was fine. Today the left throttle of my Z-4000 was not working. Throttles set to zero. Power on. Breakers do not move. Right throttle works fine. Left throttle no output on meter and the lights it controls did not come on. Is there another breaker besides the 4 on each side.

no other breakers just them 4 of them.
when you power it up with the control's closed or no power setting the transformer goes threw a start up test, at the time the led screen indicators should come on momentarily and give the production date is was made like 01 and 24 on the othere led, red short light should come on momentarily also and the shut off, if this self test does not work you have a problem with your transformer and it need service

meters are functioning normally. O volts 0 amps.

Turn on transformer and let power up, switch left side to program mode and scroll up a few number to about 5 or 6. Does it count back to zero after several seconds? If so, and your comfortable removing the cover, you can send me the control board and I may be able to do a component level repair. G

No, Sounds like you will need a new board. Whether it is control board or power board needs to be determined. G
