Mark: Since these cars are regularly priced at $29.99, can Menards again offer certain rolling stock pieces (which are less expensive) as part of these kind off offers? I would be more compelled to make a purchase that way, compared to these plug-and-play items. Thanks!

@Mark: I know that the "Processing Fees" and shipping rates have been discussed before. The free Cobra is a really good deal. Still, over $23 in extra charges for getting it to me in Virginia (not west of the Mississippi) for two flat cars and two 1:48 cars seems excessive. Especially since the 11% rebate doesn't apply for folks like me.
