Accessory with Fastrack | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Trying to confirm if this is a correct setup for using the Lionel Fastrack with the CW-80 power supply. I am new to this and have checked on line, but it does seem a bit confusing. If I make an insulated track section as I saw on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWKCyTdKgL4) and attach the wires from the accessory to the power supply accessory terminals and to the accessory and track. I want the train to trigger the accessory. So the question is, what goes where for the accessory to have it's own power to work by the train passing?

I made this diagram, is the wiring correct?
