Let me start by saying that I have locomotives and rolling stock from most manufacturers (Lionel, MTH, Atlas, K-Line and Weaver).
Over the past month my wife and I have been doing major reorg of our basement, some of which involved moving our trains from shelves in our train room to new shelves in another room. Reasons are not important.
I assume that during said moves a part came off one of the cars or locomotives which I only found on the floor yesterday below the new shelves. I do not recognize the part, picture attached. Does anyone recognize where this part may have come from?
Let me know if I need to provide any more to aid in this quest.
