Since CA (or "ACC" as it was once called) was developed from a medical adhesive (which is why it sticks to our fingers so well!), I have always kept mine in the refrigerator; never had any issues with "clogging". ![thumb](https://ogrforum.ogaugerr.com/static/images/graemlins/icon_thumbsup.gif)
Actually, no. ACC originated from bomb sight development in the 40's and was discarded as being too difficult to work with and ownership of the material invention migrated along with the chemists that developed when they moved on to E-K realizing that they had something of value. The possible variations on CA chemical composition are lengthy.
Keeping it in the frige is probably one of the worse places to store CA as any moisture that condenses into the bottle catalyzes the CA to react - same story on taking it out of the frige and uncapping it.
Best storage location is in a desiccator with a color indicator desiccant such as Drierite.
Almost all issues with CA reside in user error; wrong viscosity choice, excess application, poor storage conditions, and not having a proper micro-application tip on the bottle.
I buy two 2 oz bottles at a time and it never goes bad; using disposable micro-application tips eliminated clogging.
