Elevated trolley setup

A couple days ago I saw a few pictures one of the members posted regarding an "ELEVATED TROLLEY SETUP". I would like to know what items he used to make his project. I have looked high and low under Lionel, MTH and many other suppliers and can't find any of the pieces used on that project. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
