Very observant, I'm surprised I haven't gotten more questions on it.  As this is a temporary layout, I haven't wired the signals to prototypically reflect cleared/occupied blocks.  I only have them wired for effect at this stage of the game.  Once I am able to construct a permanent layout, I'll wire them properly for prototypical operation.

The Aux-tender is from circa 2000-2001 (the first Lionel TMCC renditions to compliment the JLC Challengers).
