Can anyone recommend a Lionel repair center in the Philly area?

After Christmas, I bought a Pennsylvania Keystone Special Lionchief set, 6-83072, from a local hobby shop that is an authorized Lionel dealer (am I allowed to post the name?)  After several months, it started skipping chuffs; and sounds (especially voice announcements) got fuzzy when going forward.  It sounded better in reverse, so I figured the problem was a loose connection somewhere between the steam locomotive part and the tender part.  It ran and smoked fine, just the sounds were bad.  Since it was still under warranty, I brought it back to the local hobby shop where I bought it.

After 6 weeks, the LHS finally called and said they could not fix it, and I should send it back to Lionel.  Even worse, the locomotive is now totally dead - no lights or anything when placed on a powered track.  I cannot even turn the wheels by hand now.

I want to try another local repair shop before mailing it back to Lionel.

Thanks.
