Last year I had picked up the Lionel Radio Tower but since I haven't started my permanent layout yet it sits new in the box.
I wondered if anyone else had booked theirs up yet and how well it works?

Yep. Hooked mine up and then connected it to an iPad via Bluetooth and streamed some tunes. Works great!!

Thanks for the reply. I had hoped to have my Radio Station hooked up by now but we have a garage full of other people's stuff and that may take a while longer.
SEAN 007, great Question, myself being an amateur with electronics was able to set up my I-Phone and Ipad with the Spotify App and the other app, and play both local radio stations and stream music via the Radio Tower. The directions are good. Now I am older, 75 ish, and listening to the 1950’s music brought back fond memories of the past, as do my New Legacy Models of the F3’s Sante Fe ABBA’s, Running with the Brothers 4 music in the background...The speaker is ok, not a Bose.........Your going to like it. Great Thread....Happy Railroading

Hooked mine up and placed it on the layout last year. Works great. I also downloaded a couple of those railroad sounds apps to my phone and I play them through the tower. Nice supplement to music or whatever else you can stream through the tower.
