Lionel West Side Sawmill Replacement Can Motor Help?

Have a Lionel Operating West Side Sawmill 6-37124 that looks like it needs a new can motor and belt. Does anyone know of part numbers and sources for parts for the motor and the small motor drive belt? Looks like someone along the line drenched all the drive parts in puddles of oil! I cleaned up as much of the oil I could get to. The motor hums but does not turn. I assume the motor will come with an attached drive shaft brass pinion.

Mine did the same thing.... I rehabbed mine by using the mechanism from an older sawmill.
