In years past - on occasion - the whistle/horn sounds of a few of Lionel's more expensive engines were included when they posted their catalog on line, which gave a potential purchaser the opportunity to assess this aspect BEFORE making a decision as to whether to buy the engine or not. Now, given the prices of their BTO engines I've reached the point where I really want/need to know the whistle/horn sounds before I register a Pre-Order for an engine. As a result, and notwithstanding Lionel's recent introduction of five (5) whistle/bell/horn options from which to choose, I'm wondering whether others feel it would be beneficial if Lionel posted the whistles/horns of their BTO engines on line?
