I have been looking everywhere to try to identify the tower shown below.  I have been unsuccessful.  This tower is all metal and only has a stamp "Made in U.S.A.".  It is part of my dad's collection from the 50's.  Not real important but would be nice to know.  Everything on it works.  So it is a great spotlight.

Thanks for the help!

Paul

Paul,    As Alan stated, it was manufactured by Louis Marx Toy Co.   The Marx item number for it would be #416A Floodlight Tower.  Congrats on having items your dad owned before, my dad and I collected since the '50s and I inherited all we owned when he passed.  I have several of the same type towers and they are nice for any layout, IMHO......

They are fantastic towers, simple but impressive, industrial looking structures. I have a few.

I know there's someone online and at York who sells LED bulbs with both screw  and bayonet bases but I can never remember his name. I usually pick up a dozen or so bulbs to replace the incandescent bulbs where ever I can.
