This was total dumb luck!!! I went to Hudson Ohio in hopes of seeing NS Intermodal 25V with Conrail 8098 Reading 1067, which I did see, but while waiting I saw this train. NS eastbound freight 14A lead by NS Yellow SD70ACC #1800 & ex. CSX YN3b GECX C408W #7383. Note the Canadian Goose flying in photos 4 & 5 along the side of the cab number. That was unplanned.

Thank You all to who replied. And to anwser any confusion, the reason this engine is Yellow up front is to Commerate the first EMD Conversion Unit, plus its using a Caterpillar Engine in this unit, so the Yellow is Caterpillar Yellow.

I'm really hoping MTH or Lionel make this unit, because actually after seeing this unit in person and my story of seeing it, I really want this engine now.

Really nice photos!  The Goose flying by at that exact time made interesting photo.

I would not be surprised if MTH has this engine in their next catalog when it comes out this Wednesday.  They usually jump right away on putting new paint schemes in their next catalog.

OK, is the prime mover based on EMD or CAT origins?

It’s an EMD 710 engine, just as it was built as an SD70.  These aren’t Cat powered.
