I have a Conrail SD-90 PS-1 and a BNSF SD-45 PS-1
The idling sounds are "Jack,we're going right out the north end"
Is anybody know if there are other chips for PS-1 freight that have different sounds

Have you tried resetting the Sounds to factory default?
see manual that came with it.
also, It's cheaper to just convert it to Proto 2 or buy a new one.
There are actually different parts to that recording but it's very hard to control the playback. The QSI mechanism is either tricky or clunky depending on how you feel about juggling the throttle on the transformer and playing with the bell/horn buttons. The voltage level and rate that you change it help determine which parts of the recording are played back.

What I meant was
The chip I have is the one that has "Jack,are you going out the north end,and other stuff on it,and the related freight yard sounds
Is there other chip's that anyone know's of for the freight diesel's that has different freight sound's
Or did they only make one freight chip back then,that went in all the freight diesels?
Some variation for prime mover/horn, and engine id. I think all of the other auxiliary sounds are pretty much the same. Passenger sound sets had more variation, particularly for station stops.
