Only one: Here the Railway Express Agency boxcar has just been loaded up from a Chevy step-side pickup as it sits on a siding in front of the Ayer (MA) Junction train station.

Great photo's , nice tribute to a great organization, too bad it comes to an end.
I agree Steve.
The Model Railroader anniversary car was built by Weaver.
(The OGR Hurricane Katrina boxcar is from MTH.)
The Railroad Model Craftsman "ink tank car" was built by Weaver. I'm not sure off the top of my head who built the "Colonel Carstens Bourbon Car" coupled to it.
The Ross Custom Switches boxcar also came from Weaver.
Another recent (last week) acquisition. Converted from 3-rail to 2-rail w/Kadees. Need to add weight to the car. I wish more of these were available at lower prices. The last issues were actually more expensive than Atlas Trainman cars and the Atlas cars are actually nicer. This one was a bargain.

The Bourbon boxcar is from either KMT or Franks Roundhouse.

Well now, it is June 20 and still no photos of your layout nor any of your Weaver models.

@joeyA , Great job weathering those cars.....DaveB
Here's my engines and a portion of my rolling stock. These are older pics. will provide current yard shot tomorrow. The Alcoa's C628/630 and the CBQ U25B are all PS2/3 upgrades
I've been learning how to weather using mostly Weaver cars. Here are a few examples...
Wow, these are gorgeous. Thanks for sharing these!

This Weaver model will be reworked for use on a 3 rail layout. The steps and molded on brakegear will be replaced. It will have also added weight for better tracking. The finished model will be posted on OGR when completed.
You know I'm looking for the Weaver Models Scale Hiawatha Cab Number 101 (3 Rail and O-Scale). This was the Hiawatha that was seen in TM Books & Video's Toy Train Christmas Memories.
Here are a few more. Weaver OGR Commemorative cars, including one featuring OGR staff autographs:
Stumbled across this one -- a winery in Texas. Who knew? Had to have one of these. It came as a 3-rail car which I converted.
Another tank car acquisition which reminds me of a fun time in high school -- A/P Chemistry class field trip to Dow Chemicals in Torrance, California.
A couple more stock car acquisitions/conversions.
NMRA Convention car I picked up on eBay.
A Weaver special run car. It has since been 2-railed/Kadee equipped.
I missed out on Weaver as I began getting into O scale when they were going out of business. I was lucky to pick this set up on eBay for just under $700 (engine and 6 passenger cars BNIB) just before they announced they were closing! Still my best find yet and it became that much more special when I realized that they would never be making it again!
