Our museum has one, which was purchased at my initiative. It's great if you have room to store it and if your layout is set up so there's room to roll the support legs underneath. It is especially appreciated by some of the older and heavier members who do not have the physical mobility to jump up on the layout and move around. The only downside is the space required to store it - the thing is huge, even when folded.

I use these (see below) for under the layout, Harbor Freight, but pretty well made. They work well is you duck. I can't get  on my hands and knees any more, this is the only way I can get under the layout. Micro-Mark also has a mechanic's creeper that is adjustable height I think, or head rest height or something like that. Have not tried one of those.

 

To others with the Topside Creeper, is it adjustable in height? Don't have a need right now, but might be interested in one in the future.
