Who's going to the Strasburg meet on the 12th?

Unfortunately, not this time. I blew my train budget at the last Stout Auction!

I'll be there! It's been years since I've missed one.

I'm planning to go in October, so leave a little stuff for me!

I am bummed I can't go in August, but we have a family vacation planned for that week.  I plan on going in October.

I believe the October show is the 14th.

I'll be there with a pair of tables shared with Jim Taverna.  I'm selling a very large number of O scale figures by Artista, Woodland Scenics, and some unbranded ones.  Also on the table will be several sealed Revel 1/4" plastic truck kits.  Stop by and let's talk about O scale model railroading.

Now, I am really bummed I won't be there...I really like those Revel truck kits!

This will be my very first attendance and introduction to anything 2 rail.  I'm looking forward to it.

I heard through the grapevine my little 2x 6 Linfield Northern & Southern will be on display to be auctioned off at the October Strasburg show .

Looking forward to seeing it in person, John. One of my structures will also be on display to be auctioned off in Oct.

Auctioned off stuff benefits the Fire Dept.  Make plans to be there in Oct. to support them and to get some nice items, too!

However, it's unclear that I can attend now - seriously sick with a high fever and my equilibrium is off.  Walking and steps are an adventure.

Martin Try and shake the sickness off !  It won't be the same meet without you. You are a fixture at this meet and you would be missed for sure.

No.  Managed to get around the block and home today w/o help....but driving to & fro and then sharing my bug with folks my age and older already in worse health than myself seems to be a bad decision.

I might be listing cars for sale later either here or elsewhere to deal with the overflow situation,

Well that was fun.  I met and talked with a lot of nice people.  I hope you were one of them.

I picked up a nice 8,000 gallon tank car for my son, some scrap handrail for an engine project and a bridge that fits my piers perfectly.  I just need to scenic some areas.
