Just kidding about the collectability but who knows..... these are decent cars but I hate to say, I wish that they had a little better quality trucks. The CSX gondola's couplers won't stay closed but I've got some tiny black zip ties. I realize for the price they are a pretty good buy.

who knows it might be. There’s a YouTube video showing how to fix that problem with your truck coupler
Just got in #1926600, Lionel undecorated skeleton log cars, but my pre-ordered Mopac RPO was "sold out"?
Just picked up:
3rd Rail C&NW H-1 4-8-4 Northern
#3016
(Stock Photo - Worthpoint)
New in box and shipper. Still factory wrapped.
I imagine I'll have to get in there soon enough to pull the factory battery out of the tender.
I couldn't help myself. The price was just too good.

I've already given up Paul. No sense even watching any more.
Yes- it has the Dashing Dan. Need to get it unpacked and charge up the battery.
Thanks
Lew, Those are fine looking engines. Are they conventional or some kind of hi-tech?
I have a prewar set and two 50's steamers coming to the mountain. Film at 11:00.
I picked up these three great 16 wheel MPC machinery cars from a forum member. 9233 and 6509. (Thanks, Jon!)

I'm pretty much a small RR guy (MA & PA) switchers mostly. But after visiting Strasburg every week since 611 showed up and taking part in all their activities I had to branch out a little.
