Ones I have, you remove four tiny screws from the bottom side...deep holes...#0 Philips and the top roof comes off after removing the ladders on each side. Just carefully pull the bottom of the ladder free from the base and let the ladder spring outward. You will have to unplug the stream lighting under the roof to set the roof aside.
