Mine just lies on top of the trestles.  I'm thinking of adding a piece of cardboard underneath.  Spray paint it gray and then add the ballast.  My FasTrack does look weird on top of the trestles.  A roadbed in thin air?!  I guess I'll just have to look passed it, unless I build up under the trestles to look like a cliff/hill/mountain.

PCRR/DAVE ,I made these myself out of 3/4''pine boards ,i then sprayed them with paint to look like cement,i can't remember what brand of paint right now ,as a matter of fact i had saved them when i rebuilt my layout ,but i don't know if i still have them if you want i will see if i still have them & if i do you can have them for just the price of the shipping ,but somehow i think ima have thrown them out ,i will look & get back to you .

Dave The ones by the edge of the layout were made from 3/4'' pine ,but the ones on the inside of the layout were made from round dowels for the legs with i think was 1/2'' pieces of wood across the top ,i don't have any of the 3/4'' tunnel shaped ones i threw them out awhile ago ,i do have about seven of the ones made from round dowels left along with a few of the legs without the top pieces ,i will post a picture of what i have left as soon as the battery on the camera charges up.
