G.C MURPHY Co 10 and 5 Store is here.

This model building is a result of a deep research, and we found it to be the perfect candidate to be used as Ben Franklin, Woolworth, G.C Murphy and Worthington Hardware store.

The real estate, is scarce and sometimes we need a building, but doesn't fit in the space we have. The new G.C. Murphy Co format is just 8.125" wide, 7.00" tall and 6.125" deep, making it more suitable to our needs.

Some other feature are:

Four type of signs available to choose.

Windows shade.

Two color awning to select.(red and green)

Panoramic interior picture.

Stucco with exposed brick on side and back walls.

I have a sense, or it is as I remember, that Murphy's and Newberry's were often found in towns that might be too small for a Woolworth's or Grant's, my preferences.  Although the last Woolworth's I was in was one in a small town east of Phoenix, maybe the copper town of Globe, oe possibly Superior.  Whatever, these two stores may be more logical for my tiny tank towns, and are welcomed.
