Sometimes the best gifts come in an envelope. I recently had to replace a N scale switch motor that I used for over 20 years that burned out due to being my fault. Unfortunately I lost one of the very tiny screws that hold the motor to the track switch. I called Atlas customer service to get the order in for some replacement screws. The gentleman I spoke to asked me how many I needed and I said I really only need one, but was willing to order what ever quantity I had to in order to make the minimum. He than asked for my address and I asked him how much and he said no charge. Wow, I was not expecting that. A couple of days later I get not one screw which I needed, but two at no charge! All I can say is a big thank you to Atlas for helping me out. Great customer service which is not often seen today plus they offered it at no charge which really made my day.
