Issue with brand new Bachmann (Williams) 4-6-0

I didn't get a response as part of a longer thread perhaps because it may belong here instead.

The original thread asked about an affordable reliable engine for 031 curves and Williams (Bachmann) was suggested.

I bought one from Marios Trains (forum sponsor), but before I return it I wondered if anyone recognized the problem I am having. This noise occurs when it is running, but only in Forward. The light lubrication in the instructions was done first of course, but this noise is internal.
