LC+2.0 SF FTs

I''m looking at these as well, largely for nostalgia reasons, having had a similar set in H.O. as a kid (although F-3s). The Lionel FTs made to date have had lighted number boards, so in all likelihood that won't change and these will have them as well. The previous versions did not have marker lights, but the catalog says the LC+2.0 engines will have marker lights, so keep your fingers crossed that they'll add those on these new FTs.

He isnt talking about the number boards in the nose. The ATSF units have a large number board midway down the side of the carbody. It should be lit up. I have the warbonnet one from the starter set, and it does not light up, nor is there any provision in the body to light it up (its solid). 

The MTH ATSF FTs do have light up numberboards on the car body however.

Yep, lighted NBs on the car body. I had a set of FTs in the warbonnet scheme that had them. I wonder if these separate sale FTs are any different, in terms of car body NBs. I hope so.
