I received 2 sets of all 4 cars together a while back.
I am seeing them listed as " in stock" on some train store web sites.
Mine came 2-3 weeks after the first 3, so you may want to contact your supplier.

Nice looking cars! Has Lionel indicated that it intends to produce cars for each President?
As far as I have heard, they were only planning to do the four Mt. Rushmore presidents. Of course, if they sell a ton of these, they may decide to expand the series. Somehow, I think it would be a hard series to do, as I don't think there would be a lot of interest in some of the presidents... anyone for a Grover Cleveland car? Or how about a James K. Polk car?
Frankly, if they were to continue these USA made historical/educational boxcars, I'd rather see a small series commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg.
