Having tried it with the bridge in the past, the short answer is that it doesn't work well with Fastrack. What you can do is add O31 to Fastrack adapters on each end and connect the bridge that way.

Should work; however, the 106 bridge uses a special piece of track that's a bit longer than a regular 031 section.
