Anyone find a good source for modern-ish trucks? I know diecast direct has the 50’s style pickups with railroad names on them and Atlas O is coming out with 1970’s Fords... anyone have a source for a modern pickup, even if I had to add my own decals to it

Another alternative, use generic trucks and decals. Here are a few of the ones I've done that way.

New Ray made the generic truck.
I added the decals. For the rail truck, second picture, I also added the rail rack and hy-rail wheels, although you can’t see them in that picture. I would have gotten them from either Diecast Direct or 3000 Toys, I’ve ordered from both.
Took a few pictures to show the hy-rail wheels.
First Gear and Sword both make late model Ford Super-duty trucks. They scale around 1/50. First gear also make an International stake body truck. Look at Diecast Masters - they have some dump trucks that are late model that can be used as MOW vehicles. There are still some of the TWH and Norscot service trucks around.
3000 toy trucks and Sword die cast is DSL die cast,Both have very new trucks. Die cast direct has them also, besides the old stuff. Check on line they are out there.
Anyone know where to obtain the hi rail wheels for these trucks?
Btw, I sm taking delivery of Die Cast Masters 1:50 scale CAT wheeled excavator with high rail wheels. They are finally in!
For the trucks I did I used piano wire for the axles. The wheels are the rollers from old cassette tapes cut in half.
