I have an MTH National Limited Ives 1134 Loco with DCS.  It has sat for several years in my basement.  I got it out the other night and it wouldn't charge.  I bought a new battery thinking that was the problem, but now I have tried to charge it for a couple of days and I get nothing.  No click or anything when I place it on the track.  Any Ideas where I should look before sending it back to MTH?

I suggest you take the engine to Stockyard Express right off the Ohio turnpike exit 95 near Oberlin, Ohio.  This is a massive train store specializing on MTH O scale. Brian is the repair guy and he is an expert on dcs.  He has brought a few older PS2 standard gauge engines back to working order for me at a reasonable price.  This has ranged  from reworking the ps2 circuit boards to fine tuning the program.  He can fix the problem.

I’d rather drop off a loco at the repair shop then to ship it.  The stockyard express number is 440-774-2131.  I highly recommend them!
