My latest 0-31 layout with only 6 switches.

Hi Larry! Your new layout looks awesome. Makes me want to grab an engine or two and come on over, but the fact is I'm in B.C. and you (like some of my rellies) live in Calgary. How about a video or two of some action?

Looks nice! I love the P-ville.

Move the internal siding towards the room a little and the P-ville station will fit between the 2 passing sidings.

Move the switch near the window down a half-straight. Move the half-curve of the switch near the door toward the room a half-straight and flip it or you may not need it. The should bump that inner siding over enough to fit the station in between.

Looks nice Larry. I would look at the last spur on your yard and the curve of the passing siding to the left of it. You may want to check the clearances of your equipment.

Thanks to all.  I did take out the last switch on the lower right,  And I'm looking at the other suggestion about the long pass through siding.

Looking good. Using 031 track is a great idea on layouts where space becomes a issue. There are several curves on my 28'x14' layout where a couple of 031 curves were required just to get the track in the right places. As long as you are not a true scale enthusiast of the larger engines, just about any traditional size O gauge  loco will run on them.

I  took out the really short siding.   I now have a Lionel 0-22 for sale 6-14092.

I placed the Station behind the long passing siding instead of in front of it.   Here is a new picture of my Small bedroom K-line 0-31 track.   A mixture of K- line Super Track and K-line Super Snap Track . Switches are 4 only  0-31 and 2 only 0-72 Snap Track .  I power this with an MTH Z1000 Now for a couple more buildings, trees, roads, and people.   The table covering is indoor-outdoor carpet with 1/2" plywood for the table top.

Nice Job, love the track and switches. I am in the process of using the same track. How do you like your switches? is the width of your board 4 ft.  sorry for the questions but that is really nice..

Sulli   Tables are 3'3" (39 inches) wide.  1 is 7 ft long and the top part is also 3'3" X 6 ft long.

I had to make it fit into the space I have.  And the fire regulation made me pull it out 16" from the wall with the window.

That looks better! Sorry, I forgot that you don't have the tools around to be cutting tracks.

Carl.  I did have to cut some fitter pieces.  I have a hacksaw and a miter box.  I screw the miter box onto the cart that has my computer printer on it.  Then I use a clamp to hold the track tight.  A few passes with the hacksaw, a little filing and I have my fitter piece.
