Ralph Budd, who served as president of the CB&Q presented a pair of the Atsater F3's liveried for the Burlington to Ed Hrejsa who had a large O scale Burlington-themed layout in the basement of his funeral home in Cicero, IL. They layout was there from from the end of WW2 into the 1960's and Mr. Budd visited several times. I am told that a photo of him presenting the models to Mr. Hrejsa appeared in Model Railroader or perhaps Railroad Model Craftsman. Does anyone know which issue or have a copy?
